It all went in vain

Friday evening loads my face with smiles… and this time the smiles were even bigger as I had a trip planned out. Monday being a national holiday (Independence Day) and me planning to take a day off on Tuesday (as no real work pressure now), had a very big weekend planned … Tickets were booked one month in advance (nice planning… that’s what my profession is)…and above all this time it was not a clandestine meet and I had informed my parents that I’m going to meet her…

I mean everything seemed to be just perfect… when destiny decided to go the other way.

With rains again messing up with my plans…I’ve started hating rains.

The packing was done and then Mom told me to check the trains schedule as she had heard that the trains are running very late... I checked on Internet but as always no critical information is rightly posted there… then called the railway enquiry and got to know that the train is cancelled… checked that 3-4 times on phone but still I was not satisfied, I took my bike and went to the station and got the confirmation that my plan is completely screwed up … what a FO.

Have u faced such last moment cancellation of plans???

This was not the first time I was forced to cancel my plans… a lot of times I’ve rescheduled my personal trips… and before this the only reason for rescheduling was a “new born deadline” in office.

Anyways it’s a part of life…waiting for God to pass a rectification entry soon.
